Andy Shepherd – DJ

Hi, and thanks for reading! I just wanted to take a moment to tell you a little something about myself.

I was born and raised in Zanesville and I’ve always enjoyed living here. I’ve heard some people say there’s nothing to do, but I have a great time! I really like to bowl and I’ve bowled on leagues for years. I also enjoy softball, tennis, going to the movies, hanging out with friends and, of course, REDS BASEBALL. I’ve been a fan since I was seven, listening on AM 1240.

Just a few years ago (If you’re not too strict about the definition of “few”) I graduated from ZHS and, somehow, I made it through OUZ/OU and got my Bachelor’s Degree. I’ve been working in local radio since 1990 and I’ve been with WHIZ for twelve years. I can’t imagine anything I’d rather do than work in radio and I really have a good time hosting the Midday Show on Z92.
